Client Care
CHÉLUNE creates and dispatches orders from China to destinations worldwide. Standard production begins only after the client has approved the final design and normally takes approximately 7 business days.
International transit is estimated at 15–30 days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, local carriers or events outside our control. Import taxes and duties, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
Because each CHÉLUNE piece is made to the client’s specifications, custom orders cannot be refunded for change of mind after final design approval.
If an item arrives damaged or contains a confirmed production fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another fair remedy.
Clients receive complimentary design revisions until they are satisfied. Production starts only after written or online approval of the final proof.
The client is responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, addresses, quantities, colours and all other details before approval. Colours may vary slightly between screens, AI concepts, proofs and finished materials. AI-generated concepts are directional references only and are not production-ready proofs or guarantees of an identical finished result. CHÉLUNE does not currently accept urgent or rush orders.
We collect information needed to respond to enquiries, prepare designs, process payments, fulfil orders and provide client support. This may include contact details, delivery information, event wording, guest lists and files voluntarily supplied by the client.
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with trusted providers when necessary for payment, production, delivery, analytics or legal compliance. Clients may request access, correction or deletion by contacting sheenpaperie@gmail.com, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Prices, product descriptions and estimated timelines may be updated from time to time. A project is accepted when payment or an agreed deposit has been received. Quoted balances must be paid before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.
All original artwork, concepts and presentation materials remain the intellectual property of CHÉLUNE until the order is paid in full. Finished work may be photographed for portfolio use unless the client requests confidentiality before production.
